To our Seniors Services friends: We miss you!
We’re feeling lonely now that our centres are closed,so we’re reaching out to make sure you are healthy and safe. If you’re feeling lonely too and would like to be placed on our “Phone a Friend” call list, please let us know. We will connect you with a staff member or volunteer that will check in with you regularly to chat and see how you’re doing.
Please call the Sir John Colborne Recreation Centre for Seniors at 905-815-5960 to be added to the call list. If you get the answering machine, please don’t hang up. We’re just busy answering calls and matching you to volunteers. Leave your name, number and confirm that you wish to be added to the list. You will get a call as soon we have connected you with a friend.
Also, we want to remind you that Seniors Services memberships will be extended by the duration of the closure. You do not need to do anything for this to take place.
