Gentle Exercise Classes at Maple Grove

Did you know that Maple Grove United Church runs exercises classes? Instructors Leah and Beverly are starting their 9th season at the church and would love to have you join them this fall.

Classes run Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9am. Classes are geared to mature bodies who desire a gentle total body workout. Those with limited mobility are invited to join their chair based fitness class that runs Wednesdays at 10:15am.

Beginners are welcome and classes are open to non-members of the church too.

All profits raised go directly to the church so it’s a win-win.
