Caring Team

The Caring Team, working with the minister, reaches out to those in need of support in the Maple Grove family and community,  such as the ill, the elderly, bereaved and those in crisis.  This is done through visitation, phone calls, food, cards, prayer shawls, crosses, assistance with funeral receptions, Christmas and Easter remembrances and referral to supportive services. Confidentiality of information is respected.  The Team also assists the minister with the annual Memory Service held on All Saints Sunday.
