Rev. Jessica McCrae

Lead Minister

Rev. Jessica McCrae is Maple Grove United Church’s Lead Minister

Rev. McCrae has been in congregational ministry in the United Church for over 20 years, serving Montreal & Ottawa Conference, London Conference, Toronto Conference and Horseshoe Falls Region. Prior to her ordination in 2001 while studying for her Master of Divinity Degree at Emmanuel College, Rev. McCrae worked as an on-call multi-faith chaplain at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto.
She is excited to be ministering at Maple Grove United and looks forward to living into our call to reflect hope, seek justice, and care for creation in our changed and changing world.

Daniel Duffin

Office Administrator

“I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work as the Office Administrator. I’ve had a great time working with many members of the congregation. Both new and familiar faces. 

Daniel graduated from The University of Toronto Mississauga in June 2023. He double majored in Professional Writing and Communication, and Political Science.

Dr. Deborah Henry (A.R.C.T., B.Sc., B.Mus., M.A. (music criticism), M.A. (music theory), Ph.D

Director of Music

Deborah initially graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University. She went on to earn B.Mus. and M.A. degrees from McMaster and a further M.A. from the University of Western Ontario. Most recently, Deborah earned a Ph.D. from York University. From the Royal Conservatory of Toronto, Deborah was awarded an A.R.C.T. in organ performance. A life-long learner, Deborah is continuing academic studies at McMaster University.

Alongside holding the post of Director of Music at Maple Grove United Church, Deborah teaches piano and organ, and all levels of music theory and music history.

When not engaged in musical activities, Deborah’s other interests include cycling, swimming, and hiking, and spending time with her dogs, cats and birds

Eran Rozenszain (ARCT, B.Mus, B.Ed, M.Mus, OCT)

Eran is our Youth Choir Director and Chancel Choir Accompanist.  He also plays Preludes and Meditations every Sunday morning during the church year and will occasionally conduct the Chancel Choir on special occasions. 

Pam Johnson-Smyth

Church Administrator

Pam brings extensive administration, customer care and technical support skills to Maple Grove United Church, developed working in a variety of industries over the past 10+ years.

Pam and her family are long term residents of Oakville, giving her insight into our community.
