The greems keep producing! Our volunteers are finding more and more work as our plantings of spinach, chard and kale just keep growing.
This past Tuesday, eight boxes of tomatoes and six boxes of vegetables were picked and delivered to Fareshare Food Bank, Kerr Street Mission, and Salvation Army Lighthouse.
“I met the chef at Salvation Army Lighthouse and he was very happy to receive the vegetables.” Carol Gilchrist said.
Tuesdays and Fridays from 2:30- 3:30 pm and Saturdays from 10 am-11 am please feel free to come share the earth’s bounty with family, friends and neighbours.
